Teen sensation Justin Bieber wants us all to know he’s not just the clean living bowl cut little boy who has tweens screaming and stampeding around the world. Bieber, 16, got a tattoo at a parlor in his native Canada. It’s a little bird on his hip, although it’s just a small, barely recognizable outline, and it’s allegedly permanent.
