Jersey Shore star Mike ‘The Situation’ is teaming up with teen pop star Justin Bieber to promote the singer’s upcoming movie Never Say Never. In the just released new promo for Never Say Never the MTV reality star plays a teacher instructing a class on what he calls a real situation. Wearing some creepy glasses and an oddly gaudy scarf Professor Situation promotes the Feburary 11 release of Justin Bieber’s movie. Jusitn Bieber, 16 joins The Situation in the :42 promo bringing together two of the biggest pop culture phenomenons of today.
The Situation is of course one of MTV’s biggest breakout stars from its hit reality show Jersey Shore. MTV is also producing Never Say Never which is being released by Paramount Pictures in 2D and 3D. The film documents the 16 year old superstar’s short life and his rapid rise to fame. The movie hits theaters nationwide on February 11, 2011.
The Situation’s acting gig in the Never Say Never promo is good practice for his upcoming debut in his own web series which will be filmed in Michigan in the next few weeks. He’s currently helping cast two unknown Jersey Shore fans as his co-stars in the webisodes.
