They’ve always been big proponents of charitable causes, and the Black Eyed Peas announced they’re starting a music and production school in New York City.
Fergie, will.i.am, Taboo, and apl.de.ap all showed up at the launch at Urban Arts Partnership in New York City yesterday (April 19) to share the news.
According to a report, the Black Eyed Peas’ Peapod Foundation will team up with the Adobe Foundation for the initiative.
They plan on opening the new Peapod Adobe Youth Voices Academy beginning this July for students ages 13 to 19.
