Having slipped out of the spotlight, Kate Gosselin has been keeping a lower-than-usual profile while tending to her motherly duties in Reading, Pennsylvania.
The TLC mother of eight was spotted out last week in just-released photos from the bus stop, and she showed off her animated personality while conversing with fellow parents during the school pick-up.
The outing comes as Miss Gosselin was recently sued by Creative Energy Options for "requesting one of their marriage counselors fly to Los Angeles, CA to perform marriage counseling, then refused to pay for services or travel fees."
While Kate has denied any wrongdoing, CEO of Creative Energy Options, Dr. Sylvia Lafair, told RumorFix, "I feel strongly people need to be held accountable for agreements they made."
