Looking healthier than she has in quite some time, Lindsay Lohan was spotted making her way into Equinox Gym in Los Angeles, California .
Joined on the Wednesday morning fitness session by stylist pal Andy LeCompte, the "Georgia Rule" actress was all smiles despite the fact that she once again finds herself facing potential charges stemming from her stint at the Betty Ford Center.
With allegations that Lohan may be charged for being under the influence along with battery, LiLo's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley has now spoken up about the drinking claims.
She tells in a statement, "I had numerous conversations with Betty Ford counselors and doctors over the course of Lindsay's treatment there and it was never suggested by anyone that she ever drank or used drugs. Her discharge letter from the facility is totally consistent with that."
